– Welcome, take care of guests, and prepare for check-in / check-out procedure. – Check guest’s booking information, and make sure for fully and exactly updated booking requests. – Prepare document and contract for guest who will come tomorrow. – Update resort’s information. – Take notes some request and uncompleted problems into log book and hand over for the next shift . – Deal with guest’s requests and complaints . – Maintains cashier float and ensures accurate daily report of all money received – Check and make sure hygienic and safe workplace. – Complete tasks from manager at the end of shift. – Update and report receptionist’s work – Conduct the report for the financial accounting department at the end of shift

• Yêu cầu công việc

– Bachelor Degree – At least 01 year experience. – Good at the use of Microsoft Office and Smile system. – Be good at English skills, be friendly and enthusiastic. – Good communication and team work. – Problem solving and follow up abilities.
